Rippey mom brings diligence, job skills to Mitchellville offenders
Connie Neese enjoyed a visit with her daughter and husband Barb and David Ovenshire of Cedar Rapids. Their son, Riley, a student at ISU, came to Rippey to pick up his grandmother and they both were overnight visitors of his parents.
