On August 12th, in the adult livestock competition, Muir Farms of Rippey placed 2nd in the Foundation Simmental purebred breeding heifer class, 3rd in the registered Maine-Anjou market steer class, and 3rd in the registered Simmental market steer class.
On August 17th, in the FFA breeding beef show, C.J. Muir of Rippey showed the champion shorthorn heifer.
