Delores Blanshan of Waterloo recently spent a few days last week with her mom, Virgene Morse. The girls spent time chatting, puttering around the house, shopping and had lunch out at the Peony in Jefferson. Easter Day guests in the Morse home were Kelsey Blanshan of Ankeny and Diane and Terry Ostendorf, Ben, Michaela and Madelyn of Madrid along with Sam Van De Berg, Annika Lewis and Scout. After a ham dinner, they had fun visiting and seeing what the Easter Bunny had left the grandchildren.
