The Rippey Lions Club enjoyed a meal prepared by Yvette Bardole for the regular meeting. Following the business meeting, Lois Last of Grand Junction and Chris Deal of Jefferson shared information for the “Our Kids, Our Future” group. There was discussion about the upcoming school bond issue concerning a new high school for the Greene County Community School District and the career academy that would be connected with Iowa Central Community College.
