Memorial Services for stillborn baby Kenneth “Declan” Cunningham will be 2:00 pm Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson. The family will greet friends following the memorial service. A private family burial will take place at Rippey Cemetery, Rippey, Iowa.
Kenneth Declan Cunningham arrived at 10:23 am on 12-26-14 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
While he never took a breath, he is imprinted on our hearts and part of our family forever.
He is survived by his parents Gina and Kenneth Daniel Cunningham of Perry, IA; his two sisters Skylar and Eliza Cunningham of Perry, IA; maternal grandparents: Theresa (John) Findlay of Collins, IA, and Richard (Carol) Peterson of Garner, IA; paternal grandparents: Jolene (Neil) Wright of Panora, IA, and Kenneth David (Sandra) Cunningham of Perry, IA; great grandmother Mary Cunningham of Rippey, IA; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents: Emilie Mase, and Lula and Wilbur Peterson; paternal great grandparents: Marie and Kenneth Golden, and Kenneth Delbert Cunningham.
Declan, I don’t know how long we’ll be, but between now and then, until we see you again; we’ll be loving you.
