Phyllis Gannon and Jean Borgeson traveled to Jamaica on Saturday, January 19, 2018 to join others at To Jo’s to help celebrate the 80th birthday of Jane Windal. The group enjoyed the afternoon eating the traditional ice cream and birthday cake in her honor, as well as visiting with our friends across the river. All agreed it was a rare, beautiful day to be out and about. After a brief stop in Perry, Jean delivered Phyllis to her home and visited another hour or so with her and her son, John. It was one of those days that once you go out, there was no hurry to get back and do something that has been on that “things I should do” list. It was very enjoyable afternoon.
