Sarah Stotts of Jefferson is pictured here as she has begun painting the Rippey sesquicentennial mural on the side of the Rolling Hills Bank building in Rippey.
Funds from the Greene County Community Foundation along with a donation of 25% matching funds from the Bank is allowing a steam engine to be depicted. Rippeyites will recall that New Rippey was moved about three miles from the original location near the Racoon River.

Other historical recognitions of the community will also be painted by Sarah.
