Small room with kitchen: $75, without kitchen: $50
Small shelter house with restrooms at ballpark: $50
Security Deposit: $100 (returned post inspection confirming no damage/cleaned up)
Mode of payment: cash or check. No credit cards
Security Deposit and Rental Fee should be separate checks
