Jean’s Jottings

It’s too hot to be outside pulling weeds this week! While doing research for a family, I often find obituaries in the newspapers. I usually scan the whole page and find interesting articles. This caught my eye because of the leaders were Mary (Fry) Liebich and Nancy (Bardole) Hanaman. I didn’t have time to check if they had daily or weekly events. Were the mothers in charge of refreshments?Maybe they got treats at the grocery store or cafes in town. There were a lot of participants.
