The students of Janice Johnston performed their springtime musical performance on Sunday, May 3, 2026 in the Rippey Community Center, where approximately 25 people attended. Chris Hankel performed on the violin, playing “The Star Spangled Banner,” “Oh for a Thousand Tongues,” “Star Wars,” and “The British Grenadier.” Ada Weaver performed both piano and violin selections, including “Simple Gifts,” “Scarborough Fair,” “Springtime Rag,” “There is a Fountain,” “Morning Has Broken,” and “Pomp and Circumstance.” Daniel Cerveny performed several piano selections during the performance, including “Day in Vienna,” “Scherzo,” “Fairest Lord Jesus,” and “Tales of Madrid.” Following the musical performance, a taco supper and dessert were served
Janice congratulated senior, Daniel Cerveny on his upcoming graduation and thanked him for his years as her student. She also thanked the families of Carson Griffith and Judy Lint for the best piano ever! She also thanked the students, parents, and everyone who helped make this performance possible.
